Chorlio is a parental chore management app designed for families. By creating an account, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and are a parent or legal guardian of any children added to the Service.

When using the Service, you and your children may upload content such as task completion photos. You retain ownership of all content you upload. By uploading content, you grant Chorlio a limited license to store and display that content within your family account for the purpose of providing the Service.
We do not use uploaded photos for advertising, marketing, or any purpose beyond providing the Service to your family. Photos are only visible within your family account.
Chorlio’s app-blocking feature restricts access to certain applications on a child’s device when tasks are incomplete or missed. By enabling this feature, you acknowledge that:
The Service, including its design, logos, text, graphics, and software, is owned by Chorlio and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service without our written permission.
“Chorlio” and the Chorlio logo are trademarks of Chorlio. You may not use these marks without our prior written consent.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
Chorlio is a tool to assist with family chore management. We make no claims about specific behavioral outcomes, and any statistics or research referenced in our marketing materials are for informational purposes only.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Chorlio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.
Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will delete your account data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. For users in the European Economic Area, nothing in these Terms affects your rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
